Cookie Policy

The basics
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device — your phone, laptop, tablet, whatever you're browsing on. They're not programs, they can't run code, and they don't snoop through your files. They just help websites remember things: who you are, what you were doing, whether you've visited before.
This page explains what cookies Delivre Ltd ("Delivre", "we", "us") uses on delivre.co and why. We've kept it short because, honestly, nobody wants to read a 4,000-word cookie policy.
1. Cookie categories
We group our cookies into two categories. When you first visit the site you'll see a small banner at the bottom of the page where you can choose Accept All or Essential Only. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again.
Essential (always active)
These cookies are required for the site to function. They cover things like user sessions, theme preferences, and the cookie-consent preference itself. They also include the Brevo live chat widget, which is a customer-support tool — not a tracker.
- Cookie-consent preference Stored in local storage (
cookie-consent). Records whether you chose 'all' or 'essential'. No expiry — persists until you clear site data. - Brevo Conversations (live chat) Session identifier and conversation state so the chat works across pages. Some expire on browser close, others last up to 12 months. Controlled by Brevo (third-party) — see brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
Analytics (opt-in)
We use Mixpanel for analytics. The level of data collected depends on your consent choice:
- Essential Only Mixpanel loads in a minimal, privacy-friendly mode. It records anonymous page views (path only, no full URLs) and referrer data. No clicks, scroll tracking, session replays, heatmaps, IP-based geolocation, UTM parameters, or cookies are collected. This gives us basic traffic volume without identifying you.
- Accept All Mixpanel loads with full tracking enabled — page views, clicks, scroll depth, form interactions, rage clicks, dead clicks, session replay, heatmaps, UTM attribution, referrer, IP geolocation, and Google campaign data. Data is stored in local storage and sent to Mixpanel's servers. See mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
2. What Mixpanel collects at each level
For full transparency, here's exactly what's collected at each consent level:
Essential Only
- Page views Page path only (e.g.
/pricing), not the full URL with query strings. - Referrer The site that linked you here.
No IP address, no cookies, no device fingerprinting, no session replay, no heatmaps, no click tracking. The Do Not Track header is respected.
Accept All
Everything from Essential, plus:
- Autocapture Clicks, form submissions, text inputs (content of inputs is not captured), scroll depth at 10 / 25 / 50 / 75 / 90 / 100%, and full-URL page views.
- Session replay A recording of your browsing session including fonts and inline images. Text and input content are visible in replays.
- Heatmaps Aggregated click and scroll patterns across pages.
- Attribution UTM parameters, referrer URL, and Google campaign data.
- Device info IP address (used for approximate geolocation), browser, OS, and screen size.
We don't collect names, email addresses, or payment details through Mixpanel. The data is pseudonymized and used solely to improve the site.
3. Third-party requests (not cookies, but worth mentioning)
A couple of things happen in your browser that aren't cookies but involve third-party services:
- Exchange rate API — We call open.er-api.com to show prices in your local currency. This is a simple data fetch from your browser. It doesn't send personal information — just asks for the latest USD rates.
- Google Fonts — The site loads typefaces from Google's font CDN. Google may log the request (your IP, browser info), but no cookies are set by this.
4. How to manage cookies
You're always in control. You can change your cookie preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site (which resets your choice and shows the banner again). You can also manage cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies.
Keep in mind that blocking all cookies may break some features — for example, the live chat won't remember your conversation.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There's no universal standard for how websites should respond to it, and most don't. We rely on our own consent mechanism (the cookie banner) rather than the DNT header to determine your preferences.
6. Changes to this policy
When we add or remove cookies, we'll update this page and bump the "last updated" date at the top. If we start using additional tracking cookies, we'll make that clear before they go live.
